This workshop, inspired by the Fortrose Cathedral Death Bell and the Posey Ring held in Groam House’s collection, will explore the symbolic nature of love and death through coins, their gifting and exchange. Using introductory principles of hand engraving, participants will create a coin die and strike their own tokens of luck, favour, or passage.
