If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return any goods to us in the condition in which they were received, within 14 days of receipt, for a refund or replacement.
If you are returning a faulty item, please keep any proof of postage, which may be refunded upon request. For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned unless faulty.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Right to cancel
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. If you would like to cancel your order, or change any details, please email firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible and our team will endeavor to make any necessary changes. Cancellation is not possible once the order has been dispatched.
Accepting your order
On occasions when we are unable to accept your order due to items being out of stock, description or pricing errors, or other unexpected limits on our resources, we will issue a refund and inform you via the contact details you have provided.
